RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Adults: 1/2 ounce twice daily.  1/2 oz. = one tbsp.; one tbsp. = 3 tsp. 
Optional: First Month Saturation Dose - 2 ounces daily for adults.
Children: 1 ounce daily per 100 lbs. of body weight.
(e.g., a 50 lb. child would take a total of 1/2 ounce daily.)
